The playStudio playback system reproduces binaural recording data in two channels. It can be connected to headphones or speakers, can be installed in a rack, and allows for cascade connections. playStudio is ideal for listening studio playback. It can also be used within the HEADlab system configuration or directly connected to a PC via USB. Operation is simple and intuitive through an integrated display or software. To faithfully reproduce the impression of the original sound field, up to two headphones can be connected, each individually equalized and calibrated at the factory. For subwoofer playback, a high-quality HSW II.1 subwoofer is available, characterized by its realistic sound balance in the low-frequency range. Additionally, playback devices such as shakers, oscilloscopes, and sine wave generators can also be connected. Furthermore, by combining playStudio with PreSense, SoundSeat II, and shakers, a realistic NVH simulation experience is possible. Moreover, by connecting the HDA IV.2 headphone distribution amplifier, the number of headphones can be doubled.
